Expressions of interest open for Future Skills for Future Jobs Grants Program

The Future Skills for Future Jobs Grants Program provides funding for innovative projects that promote market diversification and aim to increase the number of commencements across pre-apprenticeships, pre-traineeships, Australian Apprenticeships, and higher apprenticeships. The program offers a flexible approach to project funding, an will support projects that deliver innovative initiatives and strategies with a connection to Australian Apprenticeship commencements and future industry workforce needs.

Funding of $2 million is available in 2018-19, which includes funding provided by the Australian Government under the National Partnership on the Skilling Australians Fund. Applications for funding will be received through an Expression of Interest (EOI) process. EOIs will be received in six week rounds, to continue until available funding is exhausted. The first funding round closes on 20 March 2019.
