T he ACT labour market is evolving, driven by a number of changing factors. The major factors include new and emerging technologies, ageing population, and changing industries. A highly skilled and flexible workforce is essential for the ACT economy to keep up with these changes, improve productivity and enhance the social and economic outcomes for the ACT community.
